The simplest way to reach PDFlora is by email at hello@capriapp.app. Please choose a clear subject line and include the details described below so we can help quickly.
How to reach us
Write to hello@capriapp.app. We do not offer telephone support and there is no account or ticket system. We read messages and answer on a best-effort basis: we cannot promise a response time, and some messages may take several days.
Support and bug reports
If a tool does not work as expected, tell us which tool you used, what you expected and what happened. Useful details are your browser and its version, your device or operating system, the interface language, the approximate size and number of pages of the file, and any error message you saw.
Please describe the file rather than sending it. Often it is enough to say, for example, that it is a scanned 40-page PDF of about 30 MB.
Privacy requests
To ask about your personal data, or to exercise a right under the GDPR, UK GDPR, Swiss FADP, CCPA or a similar law, write to hello@capriapp.app with the subject 'Privacy request'. Tell us which right you want to exercise and which country you live in.
We may ask you to confirm that the request comes from you. Because files processed by our tools are not stored, there is usually nothing to retrieve or delete, and we will tell you so. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Copyright and DMCA notices
If you believe that content on the site infringes your copyright, write to hello@capriapp.app with the subject 'Copyright notice'. Please include your name and contact details, a description of the work, the exact address (URL) of the page concerned, a statement of your good-faith belief that the use is not authorized, and a statement that the information is accurate. Our Copyright and DMCA pages explain the process.
Business and other enquiries
For partnerships, press, advertising or other business questions, write to hello@capriapp.app with a short description of who you are and what you propose. We answer relevant messages when we can, and we may not reply to unsolicited sales messages.
What not to send us
Never email us confidential documents, passwords, identity documents, bank details or any file you would not want a third party to see. Email is not a secure channel, and we do not need your files to help you.
If we need to reproduce a problem, we will ask for a description or for a sample that contains no real personal or confidential data. Please do not use this address to send us documents for conversion: use the tools on the site instead.
